Proprietary formulation used to dissociate Brett from oak. When used in conjunction with a Brett test can be used to check if used barrels contain Brettanomyces. 100X concentration, makes 25L. Non-toxic, does not damage wood.

Instructions for use:
1. Reconstitute WBW100 by adding to warm water at a ratio of 1:100.
2. Add 1 liter/barrel. Mix and then allow penetrate wood for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours, longer is better).
3. Mix again to dislodge Brett that has penetrated oak, recover as much as possible.
4. ASSAY
a. Filter entire liter through 0.22 uM filter. Apply entire filter to Brett SDS agar (sold separately) or place filter in tube, add water and shake vigorously until particulates wash off filter and apply to an Easy Blue Brett test or Easy Sniff Brett Test (sold separately); or,
b. add 20 mls of unfiltered (neat) recovered fluid to an Easy Sniff Brett test; or,
c. Send entire liter of recovered fluid to Lebrun Labs or other lab for laboratory analysis.
